The DarkBox DMX is an ultra compact and scalable single output DMX tunable LED dimmer. The DarkBox DMX also has a variety of built-in patterns (blink, strobe, candle flicker, power surge flicker, and pulse) for special effects lighting without the need to program complex DMX signals. This device occupies 3 DMX channels, which controls brightness, speed, and mode, respectively.
The V2 features a new machined aluminum body to protect the unit in harsh environments as well as an upgraded MOSFET that allows for higher current capacity and protects against output short circuits.

The DarkBox Flicker is a powerful, yet easy to use, special effects pattern generator and dimmer for LEDs. Single button operation allows the user to easily select different output patterns such as candle flicker, power surge flicker, blink, strobe, and brightness levels. The DarkBox RePlay is a full universe DMX recorder and player with a built in 8 channel constant voltage LED dimmer. The DarkBox RePlay allows for standalone playback of its own LEDs and any attached DMX slave devices from a recorded DMX sequence stored on its micro-SD card. This controller benefits the user by providing a compact device that can playback timeline based DMX events without the need for large show control devices after the initial recording. Triggered inputs allow the device to play from 2 distinct DMX stream files. The Gantom DMX Spot is a 4W color controllable LED spotlight for professional applications. Featuring a non-linear dimming curve, the Gantom DMX Spot can be dimmed with high precision even at the lowest intensity levels. Homogeneous optics smoothly blend the colors of the internal quad chip LED producing a clean projected field without the halos seen in many other color mixing fixtures. High frequency hybrid modulation allows the Gantom DMX Spot to be used in video applications with minimal on-camera flickering. FAQ
Q: What kind of gobos can you use with the Gantom iQ?A: Any pattern that is cut into a 19mm (3/4) diameter disk. Traditional gobos such as stainless steel or glass will work for permanent installations. For temporary events, inexpensive full color gobos can be made from 35mm film slides or self printed onto transparency paper. For full color film gobos visit: www.colorslide.com. It is important that you know www.colorslide.com will print your gobo designs but cannot cut them into the correct circular shape. For this we recommend purchasing a 19mm (3/4) craft punch online or at a craft store. Please note that film slides will fade over time as the film is a photosensitive material. Although this process renders sharp full color images at a low price, these slides are designed for temporary use. Please consider stainless steel or glass for permanent applications.

Q: Can I print my own patterns? A: Yes! As long as your able to create well defined patterns onto a 3/4 (19mm) diameter disk that is less than 0.08 (2mm) thick, it will load easily into the Gantom iQ and can render sharp patterns. You can also use a high resolution inkjet printer to create full colored patterns onto transparency paper. However, due to the resolution of typical printers and the amount of magnification with our optics, the projected pattern will not be as sharp as a professionally made pattern. For temporary events, inexpensive full color gobos can be made from 35mm film slides or self printed onto transparency paper. For full color film gobos visit: www.colorslide.com. It is important that you know www.colorslide.com will print your gobo designs but cannot cut them into the correct circular shape. For this we recommend purchasing a 19mm (3/4) craft punch online or at a craft store. Please note that film slides will fade over time as the film is a photosensitive material. Although this process renders sharp full color images at a low price, these slides are designed for temporary use. Q: Can I print my own patterns? A: Yes! As long as your able to create well defined patterns onto a 3/4? (19mm) diameter disk that is less than 0.08 (2mm) thick, it will load easily into the Gantom iQx and can render sharp patterns. You can also use a high resolution inkjet printer to create full colored patterns onto transparency paper. However, due to the resolution of typical printers and the amount of magnification with our optics, the projected pattern will not be as sharp as a professionally made pattern. A: Yes, once the Gantom iQx is configured to a desired output pattern using the DMX Programmer App, it will retain that pattern in memory and automatically recall it when powered on if there is no signal input.
