- In-warranty defects — once approved, we send a prepaid return label.
- No advance replacements — an item is replaced only after it has been returned, tested, and found faulty.
- Non-defect returns — accepted within 30 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging; you cover return shipping.
- Customized items — non-cancellable and non-refundable.
